Epipipto is about the Spirit falling.
The Holy Spirit loves to fall on the friends of Jesus but also on those becoming the friends of Jesus.
People who have yet to hear the gospel often experience God’s presence first. His lavish love and care and handiwork.
The Greek for fall in this context is Epipipto, like in Acts 10.44 “While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.”
Epipipto means to be ‘Embraced with affection.”
The original painting of a wave is a symbol of this all consuming falling, embracing with affection.
The canvas print measures 20cm by 20cm and is signed.
