The original painting was created when I was overwhelmed by a situation that was bleak and dark. Yet, I felt the brightness of the One who is light like no other.
This painting is a declaration, a prayer for light to break into darkness. The bible describes light breaking in like this: 'The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them the light has shined.' (Isaiah chapter 9)
This beautifully printed A5 sized prints are made using recycled card and the card has a textured authentic feel.
