This was originally painted live as part of the 2019 Baptist Assembly in Telford. It is based on Psalm 57:
'...for in you I take refuge.
I will take refuge in the shadow of your wings until the disaster has passed. I cry out to God Most High, to God, who vindicates me.
He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me
God sends forth his love and his faithfulness.'
Look up. Take a moment to see the help sent from heaven. The feathers symbolise the covering and closeness of God.
Until the Disaster Has Passed is a limited edition print on Giclée Hahnemühle German Etching paper.
