Original art work inspired originally by the shield of the Salvation Army.
The shield in red, with a black background was painted below and as I painted and worked the paint what emerged was an abstract sea scape.
The shield was painted originally as part of some filming that I did for a new film featuring some words from William Booth set to spoken word. Watch this space for more information and to see the film.
This painting measures approx 60cm by 60cm and is painted using inks and acrylic paints.
