I’ve been thinking about that place where the gap between heaven and earth is extremely thin and the overwhelmingly feeling of being loved and ‘all things will be OK’ and hope erupt.
‘A thin space’ is often associated with a place where prayer has taken place over centuries, or a place of sheer beauty!
But how about in the ordinary? In this pandemic we haven’t necessarily been able to travel and find those places of encounter. What if thin spaces where available for each one of us, regardless of where and when.
Encountering the Holy Spirit is a gift for each one of us, He brings that foretaste of heaven to the natural and mundane and creates thin spaces be it in our living rooms or walking to the shop.
