Rescuer was painted live at a church service in Cambourne, Cambridgeshire. It depicts Jesus rescuing someone out of the water.
A year after painting it I took it to an art workshop I was leading, but left it in the car. One of the delegates saw a print and mentioned how the women in the water looked like her daughter. She shared a story of how her daughter was in a bad way. I gave her the painting as a promise of his rescuing over her.
