Day 5 of Thy Kingdom Come.
This painting is inspired by an ancient blessing, found in Psalm 90, verse 17:
'May the favour of the Lord our God rest on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands.'
We can't give what we don't have. We need favour and blessing!
This is symbolised in the painting using colours of living water as well as silvers to represent the heavenly realm. The living water is gushing over and through the hands to represent that the favour of God is not for keeping but sharing out for the benefit of all.

The fine are print has a beautiful texture.
It is printed with a 3cm margin around so that you can get the print mounted and framed or please do ask me for details as to how I can do that for you.
The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. It has a delicate surface, so I recommend extra care when handling. Photorag is suitable for mounting but its cotton texture means edges can fray if not carefully handled.
The limited edition print comes signed on the back with The title of the painting too and what limited print number it is!
