This painting was created at the incredible mission school 'Kingdom Come' in Paisley in 2025.
The painting sold within minutes, which was a good indication that prints needed to be made to bless more people! The message that accompanies it is one that is powerful and needs to be heard.

This painting is an interpretation of that promise from scripture:
Isaiah 43.2:
When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you;
and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.
It's that little word 'when' that I wish wasn't there in the scripture above. When? Surely not me. But life isn't like that, it can be full of pain and suffering and brokenness. It's when we walk through these difficult things that flood us and burn us that Jesus is right there in the midst of the difficulties. I hope that this painting encourages you and reminds you that you are not alone.
